Orders and Shipping

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 6–9 business days
  • Australia: 2–15 business days
  • Japan: 4–9 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

When checkout happens, the order creation takes place before the payment. While creating the order, the user account will be created as well.

Once you have an account, you can go to My Account and change your billing or shipping address.

You’ll get an email with the tracking information or you could access it from My Account.

Additional sales tax will be calculated in the checkout page automatically, and accordingly to your ship location.

The available shipping zones and countries will appear during the checkout process.

You can change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. But is not possible to cancel an order.
